Her warm character made me comfortable and immediately felt at ease. I was nervous but she was so approachable that I felt I could leave 'everything' in her hands and trust she could do a really good job as it's her expertise. J&C Bridal is the main sponsor for all the gowns in this Pageant, (you will get the chance to see all her fabulous gowns in y future posts) and they are the ones responsible transforming us into Beauties with their master pieces.. - Our Media Launch was a success with The Hair Secrets working their 'magic' on all of the contestants. We were judged on our hair and make up (thanks to The Hair Secrets' fabulous services), our dresses (our own), our Derby hats (themed "Enchanted Garden") and our speech that tells a little bit about ourselves, why we joined this pageant and why we deserve to win. Husbands who came had a chance to get a taste of the limelight too! There's an award for 'Best Dressed Husband'. Here you see myself in my Derby hat that took me 4 days 3 nights to complete! I painstakingly and meticulously put everything from scratch, together and I am proud to call it MY creation. I will include (in my future post) the step-by-step photos of this creation of mine and you can witness it yourself how much effort I put into it.. Let me know if you need me to make a tutorial video on it and I shall try my best to do so! Haha...
